Partnership Building Activity, Balbriggan, Ireland, May 2013
Inter Alia member Boyka Boneva explored Democracy (May 2013) in a truly creative setting with 18 other participants from France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Poland and Romania, their two inspiring trainers Mieke McMahon (Ireland) and Carmine Rodi (Italy) and the logistical support of Alan McMahon. They were astound by the generosity of spirit in the country and its people, especially in Balbriggan and surroundings, but also worked hard together on joint projects for empowering young people, supporting them in learning about democracy and getting them involved into decision making process. The project was organized in the framework of the YiA programme and was financed by the EC.
