Through different activities, such as sharing of best practices, research and hands-on activities, the project will target the different needs of youth workers coming from the mentioned countries. The work carried out by all participants will be recognised through the issuing of Youth Pass certificate to all involved persons. The outcomes of this project are:
– Youth workers with enhanced skills;
– Youth organisations rendering a better and more effective service;
-Youth work is more recognised and respected; and
– More youths are engaged and making use of services by youth organisations.
The project will also promote long term and sustainable cooperation between youth organisations, while fostering the process of development of quality youth policies and services through training. Apart from the development of a network of youth organisations and other relevant stakeholders, the project will improve the management and internationalisation of youth organisations in Partner Countries
