Το 4ο PDSFF23 έφτασε στο τέλος του την Κυριακή 19 Μαρτίου. Το PDSFF αγαπά τις ανατροπές! Φέτος, αναδιαμορφώθηκε και μετατράπηκε σε έναν δια-τοπικό κινηματογραφικό χώρο δημιουργίας και αντίστασης με παράλληλες προβολές στην Αθήνα, την Κωνσταντινούπολη, το Βελιγράδι, την Λευκωσία,την Σόφια, το Ζάγκρεμπ και το Ντακάρ.
