Τι σημάινει Κοινωνική Καινοτομία; Πως μπορεί να μεταφερθεί μια ιδέα σε ένα έργο κοινωνικής καινοτομίας; Ποια είναι η σχέση με την κοινωνική επιχείρηση;

Launching of the Local Support Groups under the #SI4SI project “Sharing Ideas for Social Innovation”

The “Sharing Good Practices for Social Innovation” project (#SI4SI) focuses on the exchange and multiplication of initiatives and practices for social innovation and more specifically on the identification of sustainable solutions to youth unemployment. Under this scope, we launch the Local Support Groups (LSGs) seminar series.

The LSGs represent a space for non-formal learning and discussion between young people and other stakeholders. Social innovators, representatives of institutions, businesses, associations and anyone else interested in discussing social needs are welcome to join the LSGs.

The seminars aim to improve participants’ skills in terms of entrepreneurship, initiative and social innovation, to listen to their ideas and help them to turn these ideas into sustainable solutions.

What does Social Innovation mean? How can we transfer an idea into a Social Innovation project? What is the relation to a social enterprise?

We foresee the organisation of 4 sessions: 2 December 2017, 27 January 2018,17 February 2018 and 17 March 2018, open to everybody interested in a participatory learning path for local development. In the aftermath, the results will be shared and compared at European level.
