I-COACH: Intercultural Coaching for Youth Workers

Training Course organized by ASAP Europe, 8-15 September, Fasano, Puglia, Italy

Greek participant to the I-COACH project, Eleni shares her experience:
I feel lucky to have been part of the I Coach Training course in Fasano, Italy.
Throughout our stay, I felt that my presence in the program was important and valued and that made me wish to do my best, as a participant, to honor the project and the people involved in it.

The organizers did a great job in ensuring both that the training goals were met in a fun and interesting manner and that we also enjoyed ourselves and got to know the region and its culture.

The trainers were very knowledgeable, experienced and professional, leaving at the same time room to all of us to actively shape the sessions to fit our needs. There was great variety in the activities, going beyond a narrow spectrum of coaching techniques and principles, including also sessions fostering self-knowledge and growth, collaboration and inclusion, teamwork and creativity.

Looking back, I can only recall positive feelings and moments of learning, bonding, fun, laughter, scenic landscapes, delicious food, but most importantly beautiful people.
