You are going to experiment an amazing experience. A training course based on a few key ideas:
“The future is not what will happen, but what we will do”
(Henri Bergson);
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams”
(Eleanor Roosevelt);
“As for the future, it is not a matter of predicting it, but of making it possible”
(Antoine de Saint-Exupéry).
This is a training course for youth workers and those who wish to become youth workers. They acquire skills and tools that will enable them to act effectively as mentors to young people.
It is based on 2 mobilities:
1- In France, in Châtillon sur Indre from 28 March to 3 April 2022.
2- In Austria in Döbling (Vienna) from 15 to 22 May 2022.
Each one lasts 7 working days and brings together 24 participants from 7 countries representing a significant geographical, historical and cultural diversity. The method is based on non-formal education, dialogue and intercultural exchange. Participants cooperate by exchanging their good practices, their points of view and their experiences.
