SiEBEN, 4 & 7 March 2016
Organizing team-building activities for companies is not among the main objectives of Inter Alia, but friends have to help one another. For this reason, we facilitated a series of team building activities for IT solution company, SiEBEN in two events held in Athens (4 March) and in Patra (7 March). While watching at high level executives struggling with a piece of string, pencils and scotch tape is fun as hell, there was more to it than pure entertainment for us. Through a cooperation of this kind, partnerships between the private and the not-for- profit sector can take root and generate much necessary change in the role of private enterprises in societies. Interaction in an informal environment and openness towards different approaches to labour, working methods and learning tools can have an important impact on how each side perceives its routine and how it can improve its work environment, effectiveness and sustainability.
