Το Heart Point of Civic Intervention αποτελεί χώρο αστικής παρέμβασης, όπου οι συλλογικές ανάγκες, οι προβληματισμοί και τα αιτήματα της κοινότητας διατυπώνονται και εκφράζονται δημόσια. Είναι ένας διασυνοριακός κόμβος ακτιβισμού και οργάνωσης, όπου σχεδιάζονται δημόσιες δράσεις και εκστρατείες για σοβαρά ζητήματα, ενώ αναπτύσσονται και δοκιμάζονται συλλογικές ικανότητες, καθώς και ατομικές δεξιότητες.
