Sustainable Cities and Participation

Join us to this workshop to explore the impact of political decisions on our everyday life, the degree to which we participate in the design of proposals, and how diverse experiences and identities influence our opportunities to participate.

We’ll take a closer look at sustainable cities and address questions like: What does participation in sustainable cities mean to us? What challenges have we encountered or are facing? What possibilities exist for change? Through interactive activities, we’ll explore what sustainable cities may look like, define our needs and our motivations to participate in relevant policy making more systematically.

Our workshop’s goal is to shed light on how our unique experiences shape our involvement in policy planning, mobilizing a conversation about the necessary changes and potential opportunities for participation on different levels – be it local, regional, national, or within the EU.

Join us to embark on a collective journey towards meaningful civic engagement!
