Are you committed to creating a creative sector that not only embraces sustainability in clothing production and consumption but also promotes social justice and empowers the youth? We invite you to be part of this inspiring and transformative project!
At our online platform, we are bringing together diverse stakeholders from various domains, including public servants, private social business representatives, civil society organisation’s representatives and activists in the fields of sustainability, culture, youth work, and education. Our primary focus is to foster collaborations that promote a more sustainable and fair creative sector that actively involves young people.
By participating, you will be pushing for an impact on multiple fronts:

During the Sustainable Fashion and Youth Inclusion Initiative of FABLE, participants will have the opportunity to engage in two online activities aimed at fostering collaboration and generating policy recommendations. Here’s what you can expect:
Online session about FABLE and its International Network Hub – 7 November 2023 at 16.00-17.00 CET
- Get an in-depth understanding of the initiative’s goals and learn about FABLE practice on promoting sustainability and empowering youth in fashion and other creative spaces.
- Introduction to the Online Environment: Discover the purpose and usage of the online platform which will serve as the hub for networking and building collaborations.
- Network with the selected participants and discuss your work, its impacts, and vision.
- Learn about the Leaderboard Challenges for EU Youth and its purpose.
A Virtual World Cafe of Leaderboard Challenges for EU Youth
You will be asked to select one of the proposed dates: 20 November 2023 at 10.00-13.00 CET or 22 November 2023 at 17.00-20.00 CET
You will be assigned to different thematic groups (i.e. Equality of All Genders; Inclusive Societies; Quality Learning; Sustainable Green Europe). Together with other participants from different countries, you will identify ideas for change and support further transnational collaborations. You will have opportunity to be part of the FABLE International Network Hub. The event results will be recorded and included in an openly accessible policy document, which will be communicated to relevant stakeholders.
