Culture Garden – Training Course in Scotland, UK

We recently had the opportunity & the privilege to go to Scotland & attend the Erasmus+ training course entitled “Culture Garden” – an experience beyond words, where learning transcended borders and differences.

For an entire week, in our little “castle” (as we all enjoyed calling the beautiful venue), participants from various European countries got to spend time together, getting to know each other, playing, having interesting conversations & sharing our views on the culture gardens we hope & aspire to create in the world.

The facilitators’ guidance played a pivotal role in cultivating an open-minded & collaborative atmosphere – their expertise and encouragement allowed us to engage in thought-provoking discussions and creative activities, enabling us to grow both as individuals and as a unified group. We left having grown so much, both professionally and personally, having been equipped with valuable skills for navigating a globalized world, fostering cross-cultural understanding, and promoting inclusivity.

Even the venue itself added so much to the experience and our learning outcomes, serving as the perfect backdrop for this project and allowing us to be close to nature and local life.As we return home, we carry with us valuable memories, new friendships and a renewed commitment to fostering intercultural dialogue and spreading the seeds of knowledge sown in the “Culture Garden”.
